Results are estimates
Ingredient weights vary with brand, moisture, how you scoop or pack, and how finely something is ground or chopped. Our figures use standard reference values for a US cup of 236.6 ml, so your own measurements may differ. For baking, a kitchen scale is the most accurate way to measure.
Not professional advice
Nothing here is medical, nutritional or dietary advice. If you manage a health condition, an allergy or a special diet, check amounts and ingredients with a qualified professional and the product label. Do not rely on this site for anything where a wrong measurement could cause harm.
Recipe scaling
The recipe converter changes amounts in a straight line. Cooking time, pan size, seasoning and raising agents often do not scale the same way, so check the result and use your own judgement.
